Procedures to fix installation problems

Problem: The Installer aborts without completing the installation:
Steps to resolve the problem:
Make sure you are logged on with administrator rights.
Ensure you can save files into the destination folder and the system folder
(usually "WinNT\System32").
Check if the installation completes on a different, local path. If this
succeeds you may not have sufficient access rights to the desired path.
