1. In order to use the offered applications - if not otherwise noted - you are required to purchase "license files". If you want to evaluate a product you can order free demo licenses.
2. We can not give any warranty for the correct functionality of our applications in your specific environment. We suggest that you test whether the software works as desired by obtaining a demo license first. You agree that EcoCom will not be held liable under any circumstance due to a malfunction of our software and the possible damage resulting in a loss of time, loss of profit or loss of data.
3. Free support can only be given via email or through our support forum. We strive to correct any errors reported to us in a short time-frame. Corrected versions and support documents will be published on our home page for free download.

Order processing:

1. After we receive your order/money you will receive the license file(s) and the order receipt via email.
2. The financial transaction processing is done by our partner ShareIt! over a encrypted, secure connection. For currently available order and payment possibilities in your country please follow the "Order" link.
3. The ISO-Font does not come with a license file, it is directly emailed to you as an email attachment.

Privacy:

1. All address data will be kept confidential.
2. Under no circumstances will we sell or give your address data to third parties or misuse them for advertising or other purposes.
3. However, should the situation require it (i.e. release of an important bug fix or announcement of a new version or product), we may inform you through a single email message.

Copyright:

1. All applications are protected by federal and international copyright laws. You must not modify, disassemble or reverse-engineer our applications. Selling or repackaging of some or all our program modules or libraries is prohibited without our explicit, written agreement.
